  We asked multiple times to get a dog waste bucket on our side of the building never happened with old management. The new management took over and had it done in a few weeks, is going above and beyond to make this place feel like a home. The maintenance crew is always nice when coming in and doing checks always having good conversations. Always hearing back in a very timely manner with any issues that arise! 211-5

  I’ve been SO pleased with the new management of our apartments. Last winter, for the entirety of the winter, our heater barely worked, and our bedroom would always be ~10 degrees below the living room no matter what. They swore up and down there was nothing wrong, and the solution was a space heater. The new maintenance and management both took it seriously, and had the problem fixed within literally 5 minutes! They’re always happy to help with any questions or concerns. So, so thankful living here has become less stressful

  Laundry facilities been locked because of theft since last year. Needs to be posted that they don't have laundry facilities since Google still claims they do to the public.

  No maintenance, washer, dryers, doors constantly broken. Marking maintenance request fulfilled when they clearly aren't. Property managers will almost never contact when community appliances are broken or fixed. Frequent police visits to the community and weekly loud parties outside the buildings. Shameful property managers.

  Very helpful and friendly property managers. Maintenance gets done in a timely manner. I enjoyed living here!
