  Would definitely choose other apartments if you can. I see multiple cockroaches every night in my kitchen even though they have “pest control visits” come into your unit every other month. They just use that as an excuse to keep an eye on you. Dog poop all over the grass. Need to pay for your own parking spot as well unless you want to park on the street since the lot is so small. Random fees and increasing prices on a tiny mediocre unit. You can find way better options for cheaper.

  My partner has been living in these apartments for a whole year I just moved in and love it so much already great place to live the leasing office has always been helpful with any issues we’ve had everything is going good. Except there is quite a bit of theft. My bike was stolen and I have been warned by other tenants to be mindful about it.

  The outside area is not controlled at all. It’s been more than year since leaves and dust are not removed.
