    The maintenance team here is awesome and they have gotten to my issues super quick. There is a small issue with people following building rules but that isn't necessarily the buildings fault lol, it has just taken down some of the value (currently there is a crack and shatter in a window on the left side of the building that has not been addressed). Otherwise the place is super nice and I LOVE my unit and plan on staying here until I need to expand to a larger place which I hope on doing through them :)!

    The lot is gross and horrible. Especially in the winter. People are nice. Good spot for college residents. Very close to the restaurants on Duff. One block away from an Aldis and just a bit further is Walmart.
