  I have only lived here a month, but I have loved it so much! The staff is so kind and helpful! They are always on top of needs for all the residents. The community is very well kept and in a great location! I can see myself staying here for years to come!

  I have lived here a few months and it is a very safe community. The area is calm and peaceful with friendly neighbors. Their services are also very fast when it comes to apartment repairs. And their organized small get togethers are a great time to get to know your neighbors.

  Overall Gateway is a good place to live. The apartment unit is solid and very cozy. Maintenance is SO quick to respond which is so rare compared to other apartment buildings in the area. Everything is included within your monthly rent (another bonus) and even when there’s an issue with the washers/dryers, maintenance typically fixes it within a week. The location as well is so central, it makes it very easy to walk or have a short drive to where you need to get to. However, the downside is that the building itself seems a bit neglected. The carpets at Gateway that cover the communal stairwells and hallways are always dirty with stains/dirt/garbage scraps. The entry is occasionally vacuumed but everywhere else is left. There’s broken glass in the pavement which makes it a bit weary for my dog’s paws. Also laundry can get a bit frustrating given that it’s communal and peoples lack of urgency to get their clothes (but it’s free!). Because the unit is solid, and it’s generally quiet is the reason why I keep resigning.
