  Mala grove sorry to say but don’t come live here way overpriced and when it comes to maintenance problems they take forever to fix problems For example my ac is out my fan don’t work and the window is stuck close they expect us to sleep in a room with no ventalion management sucks and they let go of one of the most hard working person RONI roni was one of the best always friendly and kind #bringroniback

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If every leasing manager were like April, apartment hunting would probably make the list of favorite hobbies. April is the perfect combination of professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She made the entire process feel effortless, answered every question with patience, stayed on top of every detail, and always had a positive attitude. You can tell she truly enjoys helping people, and it shows in everything she does. On top of that, she’s friendly, approachable, and has a great sense of humor that makes the experience even better. Finding a place to live can be stressful, but April somehow makes it feel easy. If you’re looking for someone who goes above and beyond, treats people with respect, and makes you feel welcome from day one, ask for April. She deserves every one of these five stars and then some.

  Mala grove is a quite nice place to live! Nice pool and ammenities. Specifically really like the gym. On the off chance when we do have things we need to bring to the offices attention, they are great at helping us out and getting things sorted. Candace at the office is really great, she’s very knowledgeable and detail oriented always helps us out! 10/10

  Thank you so much to Chanel in the office her communication with my work order was quick and efficient. We had two maintenance workers named Mark both guys replaced our stove the next day . They were professional , kind ,clean and quick with their work. Thank you to the team for your excellent service
