  Chris is a fantastic realtor and a truly exceptional person! I am 100% confident that he got an awesome outcome for my mom and me. Chris has deep knowledge of the Upcountry Maui market and the community. He immediately identified property strengths that other agents overlooked. He laid out a clear strategy, organized all the logistics, communicated exceptionally well, and was remarkably hands-on and organized throughout. I am still amazed by his capabilities, his extraordinary work ethic, and his genuine care for my concerns and inexperience. Chris turned an overwhelming process into a smooth success. This was my first time selling a home, and because it was my mom’s nest egg and I was managing everything from 3,000 miles away while working full-time, I needed someone I could rely on completely. If I had to do it again, I would hire Chris.

  Working with Chris was such a great experience for our family. He helped my elderly mom and her husband, who’s a veteran, find and purchase their home on Maui, and we couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. From the very beginning, Chris was incredibly patient and understanding. They had a lot of specific needs and wanted to see multiple properties before making a decision, and he never made them feel rushed or pressured. He was always willing to schedule another showing, answer questions, and really listen to what they were looking for. What stood out most was how genuinely helpful and kind he was throughout the entire process. Buying a home can be stressful, but Chris made it feel smooth and manageable every step of the way. He really went above and beyond to make sure they were comfortable and confident in their decision.   Just wanted to stop by and give my highest recommendations for Chris. I have known him for a number of years and have worked with him for extensive periods of time on several projects with clients where I was a consultant. Chris has an amazing ability to listen, understand client needs, help them to feel comfortable while tailor fitting properties based on very particular specifics. I always found him to be available and accommodating regarding time frames and showings. He was also able to identify pocket listings that were appropriate for my clients. Additionally, Chris has a wealth of supporting talent around him where he was able to make introductions to other key professionals that could support our my causes/projects. Obviously he has a thick Rolodex. I can certainly recommend him without the slightest hesitation. You’re absolutely in good hands with him!
