Ilona is truly the best! From communication to her professional abilities, everything was top-notch. Whenever we had points of discussion, she offered expert recommendations while always respecting our final say. She promised she was confident in selling our property in a timely manner, and she totally delivered—especially impressive since the entire process was handled completely remotely. I 100% recommend Ilona to anyone looking for real estate services in Hawaii!

Can't Image Buying in Kauai Without Ilona! Ilona just helped us with our 3rd condo purchase, and each time we go under contract I am reminded how grateful I am to have Ilona in our corner during the purchase process. Buying in Kauai, and in an HOA, has so many different factors than buying stateside, and Ilona and her team have their process down and make the entire transaction so smooth. Not to mention Ilona is amazing to work with and has so much experience and expertise to offer on the island.

Kauai’s best agent. Ilona Coffey is the best agent you could possibly find. She knows the market, has built up a network of contractors by respecting them and keeping her word, and will absolutely work efficiently and diligently until your home is sold at the best possible price.

Kauai EXPERT and AMAZING Realtor!! From the moment we met Ilona (the last day of our vacation last June 2025) to the final closing date of our new townhouse in Kauai (January 2026) she was so helpful, friendly and absolutely an expert on Kauai! She was able to guide us every step of the way and kept us updated on Kauai properties as we sold our Maui condo. She even had a wonderful reference for a realtor on Maui - who we used and was amazing!! Ilona went out of her way to get us the place we wanted and at a price we loved. She had all the contacts for rental management company, furniture, decor, inspections, and anything else we have needed. We would absolutely use her again and plan to stay in touch as we start enjoying our time in Kauai every year.

Another amazing experience working with Ilona! We just had the opportunity to close on our second investment condo in Kauai and Ilona once again was an incredibly important part of the process. Her knowledge of the island and rental market, as well as her organized system to get you to the closing table have made each transaction a breeze. Not to mention, her friendliness and care for us as clients. I can't imagine working with anyone else at this point, highly recommend getting in touch with Ilona if you are considering a purchase in Kauai.
