  Can't Image Buying in Kauai Without Ilona! Ilona just helped us with our 3rd condo purchase, and each time we go under contract I am reminded how grateful I am to have Ilona in our corner during the purchase process. Buying in Kauai, and in an HOA, has so many different factors than buying stateside, and Ilona and her team have their process down and make the entire transaction so smooth. Not to mention Ilona is amazing to work with and has so much experience and expertise to offer on the island.

Being Canadians living in Europe, we knew we needed the help of a skilful and trustworthy realtor who could navigate us through some murky waters we had gotten into with our condo. Not only did Ilona point us into the best direction with Coldwell Bankers to take over management of our rental condo - to bring clarity and transparency to our strong booking data for prospective buyers to access - due to this guidance we were able to secure a buyer and have everything handled smoothly.
