  We’ve been in closing on the sell of our townhouse in the last 30 days. The past two weeks, the requested information either got passed or redirected, and redirected again! The simplicity of a final question from the lender inquired about a large loan amount for rot repairs, paint and gutter replacement and if they have in writing our unit was completed. Obviously, physically you can see the completion, but it’s needed in writing from Associa. Here we are past the closing date, with no response! Costing us both, the buyers and ourselves additional financial impact. Yup! Paid another months HOA and the got it! But they can’t respond to emails? I get it the holidays, but people are working these two days into the New Year! Sounds like I’m venting, I guess so! But this Management group is slow to many things! It took almost three years to get a fence line addressed! Totally poor customer service !

  I understood why the pool was cold in the summer, but why is it cold now. Other than that we haven't received any service from the manager.
