  Karen V is unprofessional. Go elsewhere for property management! Karen V could even help Associa keep their broker license renewed! Watch out for embezzlement!

  The worst property management company you ever will deal with. Actually, you probably won't even be able to deal with them at all, they are well known for disregarding and ignoring inquiries, and not responding at all. Their former CEO is in jail for embezzling association funds, so you should do an audit if they managed your association. UPDATE: Do not let the "New Associa" TV ads fool you. Nothing has changed. After firing Associa Hawaii a year ago, we are still trying to get our financial documents from them. We learned our former account manager (Laurie Sokach) has left the company (rats are the first ones to bail from a sinking ship), but her replacement (Marissa Bankston) is not better, she won't even respond to our requests! We finally got our documents and funds back from them, and guess what! Their check bounced "Insufficient Funds"! What a joke! Do yourself a favor, stay far away from this company!
