  Greg was fantastic to work with throughout the entire process. He is extremely knowledgeable about the market and the local area, and his expertise made selling my home much less stressful. Greg coordinated with subcontractors and handled many of the details needed to get my house ready for sale, which was a huge help. His communication, professionalism, and dedication were outstanding. I would highly recommend Greg to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

  When I first started working with Greg, I didn’t know him at all and had fairly ordinary expectations. It didn’t take long however, for me to realize how fortunate I was to have him on my side. I quickly found myself relying on his sound, experience, and thoughtful advice. When I found a condo I was interested in, Greg immediately took action. He visited the property and spoke directly with the seller even before it officially hit the market, making sure my offer was the first one submitted. That level of initiative truly impressed me. He also carefully reviewed the seller’s statement, identified errors, and brought them to the seller’s attention, saving me a couple hundreds dollars. Just as importantly, he was honest and straightforward when he felt a property carried risks. He was never focused on just making a sale - he genuinely wanted me to make the right decision. Greg ultimately saved me from making a costly mistake, and I am extremely grateful for his guidance. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and dedicated realtor.
