  This place shares a sewer line with the building I live in. The chateau was built afterward and connected to it. Now they claim our tiny building is causing sewage problems as opposed to this behemoth. They have constant emergency alarms that irritate every condo around them which can go on for hours. The trees on the property rain leaves in the surrounding community and are basically unattended and grow to ridiculous proportions. The trees like to bend, break or fall onto our lanais after wind and rain. Imagine constantly raking leaves in your yard that has no trees. I once saw someone take a header off the northern face of the building. In the aftermath, the janitor was shooting brain matter into the storm drain with a garden hose. Once, I caught some kids throwing eggs and ramen down at pedestrians from the upper floors. You see how dangerous this could be. Security blew me off when I confronted them about it. Basically it's a high rise ghetto. With a ghetto company running it. Stay away.

  It's in a good location, great views and the pool and recreation area is fantastic. Gym also good with a weights room and cardio room with some good machines. The security staff are great. Some parts look and feel a little dated but otherwise I feel safe here and enjoy staying.
