  Absolute worst management experience. Unhelpful and money-hungry.If you are buying a condo, check who manages it first. If it is this company, run. They provide zero assistance to residents. I am currently selling my unit and needed a replacement copy of a maintenance fee increase letter for my realtor. Even though I just paid for a full condo document upgrade less than a month ago, they refused to email me the letter. Instead, they forced me to go through HomeWise to pay for it again. To make matters worse, when I emailed the representative handling my building to explain the situation, she completely ghosted me. Avoid this company at all costs.

  They don’t even answer the phone and if they do they just reroute you to another number that won’t answer.

  This is by far the worst condominium management company on the island. They are always months behind getting budget and financial documents reconciled. Anything that requires their attorney to review takes even longer. I cannot beleive our association keeps them after two years of nothing but complaints.

  Would rate zero if possible, after owning the property for the last 5 years the HOA fees have gone up $400 from the $800 original monthly fee. The property only contains a pool and parking lot, the units are owned by the residents. There is no reason this company should be allowed to conduct these predatory practices whilst providing no real labor.

  Ive spent the past year and a half in two buildings managed by this company, and as all the other reviews state, negative 10 out of 10 recommend.
