  I have a lot to say about this terrible company and I wish Google can allow us to Put -5 star here. But after I saw this many negative review here, I guess this company just don’t care about it So I don’t want to waste my time writing a review here. Those who know, know.

  All of the women that answer the phone seem to be incompetent. Literally ! Like they have no listening and comprehension skills ! Besides the one local woman this morning August 31 2026 - not any of the Asian women. Nothing racial just want to be able to differentiate who actually helped versus who promised call back (no call back) or Stephanie who was of absolutely no assistance.

  They charged me 3 months worth of late fees but when I asked for the records that they tried to charge my bank they went ghost for months they're still screening my calls and not answering me. My bank has said they didn't even try to make a charge so I can't even get a print out while they said they did and there is nothing wrong with their system. Seriously worst company to work with
