  All of the women that answer the phone seem to be incompetent. Literally ! Like they have no listening and comprehension skills ! Besides the one local woman this morning August 31 2026 - not any of the Asian women. Nothing racial just want to be able to differentiate who actually helped versus who promised call back (no call back) or Stephanie who was of absolutely no assistance.

  They charged me 3 months worth of late fees but when I asked for the records that they tried to charge my bank they went ghost for months they're still screening my calls and not answering me. My bank has said they didn't even try to make a charge so I can't even get a print out while they said they did and there is nothing wrong with their system. Seriously worst company to work with

  Extremely disappointing experience with Hawaiian Properties, Ltd. and property manager BillieJane Brown. We paid the required application fee of $40 per applicant and submitted all requested documentation promptly. After that, communication became almost nonexistent. Multiple emails went unanswered, phone calls were not returned, and there was no clear update regarding the status of our application. As applicants, we understand that not every application will be approved, but we do expect basic professional communication and courtesy. The most frustrating part was not the outcome itself, but the complete lack of responsiveness after collecting application fees. A simple update, rejection notice, or response to inquiries would have demonstrated professionalism and respect for applicants' time and money. Based on our experience, we felt ignored and left without information despite repeated attempts to communicate. Unfortunately, this has left us with a very negative impression of both Hawaiian Properties, Ltd. and the property management process. I would not recommend this company to prospective tenants who value communication, transparency, and professional customer service.

  Jocelyn o the worst at client relationship .and feel targeted and discrimination. the maintainence at hidden valley power washed shingles then roof leaked into my unit.i sent letter to jacelyn, maintainemce came look left 3 months later never came back ,has mold . I hired .my own person to fix and paid 690.00 wanted reimbursement, jacelyn said im threatening her said not threatening .just letting you know . im like this is buisness. 2. Husband had heart bypass unexpected e.r need a chair lift at my cost to access 13 stairs to my condo.she said i need a request takes 30 dayzs to request . he needed to come home .put it in .anyways. hung up. submitted request 30 dayzs later association approved. .3.tree trimmers cutting. outside,over fence letting trees fall into stream below yelling laughing went and asked who and whats going on .found out was hired by our asdociation at our cost .kai very mad in my face cause im inquiring. Saying you the First person to ever ask . Told him if anything happens dont sue us association.Called jacelyn 0 was told her they cutting trees over fence she says they only suppose to be cutting branches hanging over fence into condos. And she would see who owned property on the side there cutting.i hung up . Then tree came crashing down on 2 roofs of condo. I get a letter that I harassed tree trimmers . Jacelyn 0 and alan soares hoa hidden valley ,violating .my 1st amendment right and as an owner I can inquire .and as a citizen of Hawaii.4.put up my camera sign got notice against hoa rules to post have to take down or a fine drove around 11 others including maintainence manager Alan soares and a board member has signs till this day havent taken down.5. Got letters of plumbing inspection mandnatory maintainence .didnt proof read before handing out there were no dates i told deliverer a maintinence worker u dont have dates. So we dont know when to be home .? We'll they had to gather all letters back and reprint .dates. I then get told by jacelyn o i refused to have them come huh. Nobody said this .there were no dates on paper. I caught it Make sure all dates on paper proof read Before you hand it to whole complex ..
