She was helpful and understood exactly what I needed. I was not impressed with Townsq.io website, which didn't show my Direct Debit payment, which I had set up two years ago. I was trying to switch to a different bank account and the system didn't show the auto payment. Thanks for the nice human being DeeDee, who helped me.
