  Pretty terrible property management company. We had a water main leak at the property I rent from. They Send an unlicensed “plumber”to my rental property. I’m a licensed plumber by the way. I stated they are supposed to have a licensed plumber at the property. FYI as a realtor they should know this. They assured me this contractor knows what they are doing. They do a terrible job we send pictures of our torn up lawn that I can longer use a mower over. Zero reply from them. Will be reporting to the necessary licensing divisions in the state. Hope this company knows what they are doing. Have a great day l

  the realtor that works here, name is Luis Pasion, (he is the realtor and the seller) he sold us a house that the first day we moved in was not hooked up to street sewage, the septic tank was covered with dirt and not disclosed to use there was no sewage. within a few days of use, the washer would back up all the water in all drains, including bathrooms and sinks and wouldnt go down. we called a plumber and that is when we found out there was no sewage hooked up and costed us $20,000 of just being here for one week. and the plumber needed that upfront before doing any work. they actually had to bring in a crane to dig and install a pipe after being here for a few years, we have been getting collection notices even tho we dont even have a mortgage. come to find out this house was a foreclosure. guild mortgage is trying to take us to court, and take our house and resell it. we contacted luis and he said he paid off the foreclosure. we asked for a receipt so we dont lose our home. he refused and said thats our problem. something that would take him 5 minutes is costing us years of trouble. extremely rude, non-ethical, dishonest, shady seller.

  Extremely pleased with this property management. They are prompt in replying to maintenance requests, will do follow-up phone calls to ensure us they are handling the issues we report, and are overall a pleasure to work with!
