The customer service we have received throughout this entire process has been PHENOMENAL. My husband and I have been kept informed and in the loop from Day 1, and that level of communication has meant so much to us. The quality of our home is unmatched, but what truly stands out is Steve’s incredible attention to detail. His commitment, professionalism, and dedication to making sure everything was done right is unlike anything we have experienced. Both Javonne and Stephen reassured us from the beginning that everything would go smoothly and that if anything came up, it would be handled—and they were both true to their word. Thank you, Steve, for making our homebuilding experience truly EXCEPTIONAL! We are incredibly grateful for your hard work, communication, and dedication throughout this journey. We couldn't be happier with our Pulte home!
