From the very beginning, the front office—especially Ms. Alisia has been professional, responsive, and respectful. My brother and I scheduled tours at three different apartment communities, and Henley was the first to reach out and set the tone with great communication. The mock unit we toured looked really nice, and the community itself felt even more inviting. I can’t speak on the actual unit we’ll be leasing until we move in, but based on our experience so far, I’ve really enjoyed the tour and interactions with the leasing office. Compared to the other places we visited, this has been a very welcome experience.
