  We just by chance lied a house and called and we got Tanner. He came right out and showed us a house, which was not the one we” loved”, so he and I kept looking and found one that fit everything we could ask for, he helped us get a home inspector out the quickly, when everything was ok’d, he was able to negotiate for us and the process went smoothly all the way to the end.. he worked with us all the way keeping us informed. I would definitely use Tanner and The Herndon Co. again.

  Aaron Miller was the absolute best! We toured probably 20 homes in a weekend, he had a guy or gal for everything we needed to do in order to buy a home. He made buying a home for the first time as hassle-free as possible. He is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We can’t thank Aaron enough for his dedication to clear communication, honesty, and diligence.

  Me and my Husband bought a house for the first time and Tanner was excellent in making us feel welcomed in the town and no pressure while searching for a home. Very knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process!

  A little late posting this for Kenny Davis, but he went way above and beyond for us when selling our house. We moved out of state due to work and he made the process easy with his assessment of our property and knowledge of the area. Was able to sell our home quickly with his recommendations of what to list at and what offers to take seriously. I would recommend him as a realtor for buying our selling your future or current home.
