  I absolutely love staying at Evergreen at Five Points in Valdosta, Georgia! ❤️ From the moment I moved in, the customer service has been great. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always professional. I also really appreciate how clean and well-maintained the community is, and I love the appliances and overall quality of the property. One thing I really enjoy is the professional and military-friendly environment. As someone who relocated to Valdosta for work, I honestly didn’t know what to expect at first, but I’m so glad I made the decision to call Evergreen at Five Points home. If you’re relocating from Georgia or looking for a great place to live in the Valdosta area, I definitely recommend stopping by and checking out Evergreen at Five Points.   Wonderful experience at the leasing office with Tabatha! Had a great tour of the apartments and amenities at Evergreen. Safe, secure and beautiful option for a luxury living space here in Valdosta!

  Genuinely the worst apartments. Horrible customer service from the front desk specifically Maddy and when I moved in it was dirty and gross, constant car breaking and don’t recommend living here

  I’ve been living here for about 5 months and it’s been great! It’s quiet and everyone is friendly. The pool is amazing and everything is maintained really nicely.

  I've never lived in an apartment so this was a big adjustment for me. We moved here from PA and didn't have time to look at places. Maddie was very helpful in the process she did a video call with us to tour the apartment. We had a few repairs that needed to be done while we've been here to which they were handled and fixed very quickly. Kenny from maintenance has been an amazing maintenance team member and a great neighbor. The grounds are very well kept, some of the dog owners don't clean up after their own dog but the maintenance team make sure it gets cleaned quickly. My only complaint was that I thought it was a little pricey as I have seen houses for rent that are way cheaper. If you like apartment living then this is a nice place to live.
