  The apartments are beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The entire community looks welcoming, peaceful, and cared for. Tabatha was absolutely amazing—she was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions. She made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. I truly appreciated her excellent customer service and would definitely recommend Evergreen at Five Points to anyone looking for a beautiful place to call home!

  Very nice and helpful staff! Complex is always well kept and maintained. Maintenance is always fast and helpful as well.

  Been living here for 2 years and so far it’s been a great experience. Property staff is friendly, professional, and always pleasant to deal with. Also appreciate that the community is quiet and peaceful, and the neighbors are respectful and considerate. Would definitely recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and well-managed place to live.

  Tabatha is an amazing Manager! She truly cares about the residents and goes above and beyond to make the community feel like home. She is always friendly, welcoming, and willing to help with anything you may need. Having someone like her who genuinely cares makes such a difference! We are SO lucky to have her!!!
