  Really Amazing place to live so far. Been here a couple months and all maintenance requests have been resolved quickly and hassle free. The ladies at the leasing office are great as well as the maintenance staff. All very professional, friendly, and comfortable to approach in my experience. Neighbors keep to themselves and are friendly. Very few smoking/weed smells outdoors which is a huge plus 😂 There are many people here with dogs but maintenance works really hard to keep the grounds clean and take seriously cleaning up after pets and have tons of cleanup stations for dogs EVERYWHERE ALWAYS FILLED WITH BAGS FOR DISPOSAL.. Grounds are always spotless and well maintained.

  if i could leave 0 stars i would. management changed over a couple of years ago and this property which had once been alright to live at went downhill fast. the property manager is incompetent and has tried to get prospects to rent her personal home (conflict of interest) and the leasing agent, maddie, always seems to have an attitude. you pay top dollar for a place that doesn’t take concerns seriously, overtly ignores georgia laws concerning bed bugs and infestations, and outright ignores you if they don’t like what you’re saying. it’s a shame, it used to be very nice and i loved living there at first. but as someone who works in property management myself and has understanding for a lot of situations, this place will end up with lawsuits if they don’t already have them. spare yourself the hassle and frustration, trust me.

  they have a bed bug problem and it was like pulling teeth to get them to properly treat the unit and actually inspect surrounding ones, it makes sense why I always saw mattresses and dressers at the dumpster now. my daughter in law was very pregnant living there at the time and shouldn't have had to deal with that. her neighbor did confirm they also had bed bugs that they attempted to treat themselves which pushed them over to my sons unit. dealing with bed bugs during that time would be hard enough but a property manager who doesn't care and a pest control thats lazy on top of it is just awful.

  Living here has been a great experience! Office staff is amazing shout out to Tabitha and Maddy! If you want a great place to call home come to evergreen. You will not regret it!
