  We had such a great experience at Clayton Homes in Valdosta. Dalton was exceptional from start to finish. He took the time to show us around, answer all of our questions, and really listened to what we were looking for. Most importantly, he worked with the budget we needed and never made us feel pressured. His customer service was excellent, and he made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.I highly recommend Clayton Homes in Valdosta, GA and definitely ask for Dalton. You won’t be disappointed!

  We have had a horrible experience with them. The only reason I give them two stars is for jessica and Betsy. We started our Journey off of being promised and guaranteed that we would be in the house by July 16th Because my wife was taking a new job and we lived six hours north to this day we are still not in our house. Betsy came and did our first walk through and ordered the things to fix the house we were then told a week maybe week and a half. We haven’t heard from Shelby unless we call her and even then that like pulling teeth. The packet we received said she would contact us at least once a week with updates and we don’t get those. We can’t seem to get anyone to answer a phone up there except for jessica and honestly that’s hit and miss to. I will add pictures of several things that’ are still to this date not fixed. We had to call the company they used to set the home because they wouldn’t answer the phone and he told us he hadn’t heard anything from them about Releveling the house and fixing the marriage line. The only time we hear from anyone is when they want us to sign something to make sure they get their money.
