  They have a new very reputable management company don’t walk! run to fill out an application. These are gonna go fast! They have three bedrooms that are actually affordable. I had to fill out a paper application because they were just taken over but they made the process so easy I love our apartment and I’m so happy to be here. Thanks guys.

  I am a current resident here . I have had to leaks that flooded my unit. The apartment above me toilets flooded my unit. I was urine and everything from there toilet coming down and flooded both bathrooms. No one came to clean it. I had to clean it all myself. They sent plumber two days later. This happened in the beginning of July. I was promised a credit towards my rent that was suppose to show in August and I still have not received it. The office keep saying there waiting on corporate to approve. I have pic and videos of it all

  Applications was canceled by the office within 5 business days of paying adim fee which was never refunded to me. My application wasn't fully completed and this location dosent refund adim fees even when its not stated on the website to be non-refundable only application fee.

  Had the pleasure to tour an apartment with Q and it was a wonderful experience!! She really cares about the complex and her residents. I also noticed the dumpsters weren’t overfilled with trash unlike the first time I visited the complex a few months back. Management is definitely taking a step in the right direction!
