  Although nothing is perfect on this journey called life, and everyone's experience is different. With that being said, I would like to take this opportunity to extend my sincere thanks to the assistant manager, Ms. Eursula for doing an AWESOME job and should be acknowledged along with the maintenance crew for making my stay at Shannon Reserve a pleasant experience thus far! Continue to do a GREAT job and trust GOD through the process!

  Ms Ursula the assistant manager, which she really needs to be the manager is the best person in the front office whatever I need she helped me out with it and I appreciate her for her time

  I have no complaints about this complex at all!! I moved in April 2026 into a corner apartment and I LOVE it!! They have a workout room, salon, library, business center, and a room where you do puzzles, play cards, or just converse. I was given a $750 gift card which was greatly appreciated from the mgmt team. The icing on the cake is it is near so many fast foods, auto services, Walmart. Kroger, Aldi’s, and a Planet Fitness within 2 minutes. Everyone at the leasing office is very kind and willing to assist.

  the women in the leasing office are aggressive with extremely nasty attitudes!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND MOVING HERE! you will regret it!
