  Applications was canceled by the office within 5 business days of paying adim fee which was never refunded to me. My application wasn't fully completed and this location dosent refund adim fees even when its not stated on the website to be non-refundable only application fee.

  Had the pleasure to tour an apartment with Q and it was a wonderful experience!! She really cares about the complex and her residents. I also noticed the dumpsters weren’t overfilled with trash unlike the first time I visited the complex a few months back. Management is definitely taking a step in the right direction!

  Yea so I spoke with Ms. Q property manager and she has been the best. She met my needs in a very professional way. She understood where I was coming from without me having to say a lot. The Laurel is a great spot. I appreciate the management. Thank You!

  The leasing team at The Laurel are professional, helpful, knowledgeable and shows that they actually care about the property and residents. I had the pleasure of meeting Greg and Q who showed me a nice one bedroom home. Although, its not close enough for me to apply. We will apply for sure come October.
