  Drove 5 hours, keys weren’t in the lock box & they have AI answering the calls. Drove FIVE HOURS to view this house and they don’t know how to answer their phones.

  Ive had the hardest time attempting to apply for a property . The system (Boom) isnt accurately pulling my employment information an you cant reach an actual employee of PMI to save your life. This has been the most discouraging experience Ivehad in quite awhile, it shouldn’t be this difficult

  If you are a property owner seeking to have your investment property rented efficiently, I would strongly recommend considering a different management company. Based on my experience, PMI Georgia has been extremely unresponsive and difficult to communicate with. It has been nearly impossible to reach anyone by phone, and multiple calls and emails have gone unanswered. This level of communication raises serious concerns about their professionalism and ability to effectively manage rental properties.

  I am very disappointed with the way Hannah treated us during our visit to the office. We came in respectfully to ask questions about our application and see if there was anything else we could provide, but she was dismissive, barely made eye contact, and showed no professionalism or willingness to help. I can’t believe someone like that can be working on a front desk of a management company.
