  HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I would strongly encourage prospective tenants and property owners to carefully consider their experience with this property management company before doing business with them. My experience involved a significant dispute over the handling of my security deposit and charges assessed after the end of my tenancy. I disputed the charges in writing and provided documentation, including date- and time-stamped photographs supporting the condition of the property. I also had documentation from a May inspection indicating the property was in good/pristine condition with no tenant-caused damage identified at that time. Despite this, I was assessed additional charges and ultimately told that I owed $730.00. I requested supporting documentation for the alleged damages—including photographs, inspection documentation, invoices, and other evidence—on **five separate occasions**. The requested photographic evidence of the alleged damage was never provided to me. Rather than substantively addressing my documentation and concerns, the property manager ultimately informed me in writing that they would no longer communicate with me regarding the matter and would not make any further reductions to the charges. The matter became even more concerning when the disputed balance was subsequently reported as delinquent to the credit reporting agencies, despite the fact that I had repeatedly disputed the underlying charges and requested documentation supporting them. I understand that legitimate property damage can be charged to a tenant when properly documented. My concern is not with legitimate charges—it is with being held responsible for disputed damages without being provided the evidence necessary to substantiate those charges, despite repeated written requests. I have retained all correspondence, photographs, inspection documentation, security-deposit records, and credit-reporting information related to this matter. Based on my experience, I would recommend that tenants thoroughly photograph and document their property at move-in and move-out, retain all inspection reports and communications, and carefully review any security-deposit disposition they receive.

  Lack of Communication! Trying to reach the property manager ( Marisol Reyes ) for weeks . And she is always eating , Busy , Or out of the office! No even return my phone calls. If anyone consider to hire this company be aware, everything is percfect until you need to talk woth them.

  I lived at one of PMI’s properties from 2018 until June 14, 2026, and throughout those eight years, I consistently paid my rent on time—and often early. Unfortunately, my experience ended very differently. The apartment flooded twice, once earlier in the year and again before I ultimately moved out. After the second flooding incident, management agreed to release me from my lease and confirmed that I would receive my security deposit as well as $722.15 in prorated rent. I received my deposit, but I am still waiting for the $722.15 prorated rent refund. What has been most frustrating is the lack of a clear resolution. I have made countless phone calls and sent numerous emails trying to get an answer, yet I continue to receive delays rather than a straightforward explanation or payment. After being a loyal tenant for approximately eight years and consistently paying my rent on time, it is extremely disappointing to have to repeatedly chase a refund that was already agreed upon. I feel that I have been victimized twice—first by having to deal with repeated flooding in my home, and now by having to fight to receive money that I was told would be refunded. I expected better from a property management company. Eight years of responsible tenancy should mean something. I hope PMI will finally resolve this matter and return the $722.15 owed to me.
