Let me start by saying the location is very ideal! It is right off I-285 which was very accessible. There are plenty of shops around & even some that are walkable. I’d rate the location 5/5 stars. The apartment units are spacious & nicely upgraded, so I’d give that 4/5 stars.
Things have changed since new management has taken over; Apps for trashcans, high starter fees, more trash seen around the complex, etc. They are working the kinks out so fair warning. What influenced my overall rating was my living situation.
I lived at this apartment for almost 2 years, and was very disappointed I had to leave. I lived in building 3000, and I experienced significant noise from the unit above including a child running & hard stomping, especially late at night. Despite reporting it multiple times, the issue wasn’t resolved. Therefore, I would not recommend renting the second floor if you’re sensitive to noise. The neighbors upstairs weren’t accepting of the complaints either as nothing changed. The leasing office said they will handle the situation but ultimately failed me. They offered me to move to another unit but I only had 3 days to move out & turn over my apartment which was unacceptable & unreasonable.
I would say if this apartment is on your list of places to stay, I’d recommend it ONLY if you live on the top floor, and are okay with unexpected changes from management.

I genuinely enjoy this apartment complex. The amenities are top tier. The property manager Micheleen and her team Katie and Azaria are absolutely amazing, I can’t brag enough. My apartment is super clean and spacious I have no complaints! The location is super convenient ! Thank you Reid staff for being so helpful with my moving process!

Great property, but a gamble with the new team. The staff don’t communicate with each other, making it impossible to coordinate when issues arise. Maybe they were having a bad day, but losing customer service skills & professionalism in stressful situations is telling.
This place has gone so far downhill since new management took over first of June…. Our valet trash has been sitting around for three days … I pay for this service … I pay for our security gates to work … they have been opened almost 24-7 … my neighbors and I are disgusted… they are not enforcing the no leash and pick up after your dogs and are we allowing pits or no ….cause I see many here yet I was told I could not get one …with this gate thing I could really use the protection and it’s not fair I cannot have my breed of choice … Also the elevator not working … in this heat toting groceries up 3 stories is not good. The grounds are not kept up as well as before and now packages getting stolen out of mailroom and that door doesn’t lock so anyone off street can pull door hard and they are in… HUD is going to be contacted and if this continues… an escrow is where rent will go … I tried to contact management to inform them the trash not picked up before left for work this morning no answer and just got email their phones are not working and internet… please they are probably getting complaints I pay waaaay too much not to get everything I pay for.

I have lived in several apartment communities that have gone through management transitions, and I've also worked in the multifamily industry, so I know firsthand that these changes take time and can be stressful for everyone involved. Change is never easy.
I had a great experience with the new management team yesterday. Thank you all for your help and for making me feel so welcome. A special shout-out to Michellen, the Community Manager, she is incredibly kind, approachable, and welcoming. Having someone with that positive attitude truly makes a management transition much smoother!
