  I've lived in this complex for about 3 years now. There has been very little turn over with the office staff who are really nice and maintenance who are very quick when it comes to issues so that has been a good factor. The community is usually pretty quiet, no issues with my neighbors. My only issues are parking situation, the 50-thousand speed bumps near the entrance and the daycare traffic flow in the morning and afternoons. There's never enough parking because families have more than the alotted number of vehicles per our lease. People have vehicles that do not move yet never get a violation or aren't instructed to move. The next issue being that one day there were 2 speed bumps (plus non flat road due to tree roots) now theres literally 11 speed bumps near the entrance when you could just uproot the tree and fix the road. The last issue being the daycare near the entrance, some mornings you can't even get in because of the traffic and their blocking incoming and outgoing traffic, people are parking and dropping their kids off or picking them up which is understandable but there has to be a better way to combat that.

  Pinewood Townhomes es una comunidad tranquila donde me he sentido cómoda viviendo. Me gusta que las áreas verdes siempre estén bien cuidadas y que el ambiente sea familiar. No he escuchado de robos ni de situaciones preocupantes. Los apartamentos ya muestran el paso del tiempo y sería bueno que hicieran algunas renovaciones y reforzaran el control de plagas, pero en general es un lugar tranquilo para vivir.

  Mi experiencia en Pinewood Townhomes ha sido positiva. Es un lugar tranquilo y durante el tiempo que he vivido aquí no he tenido problemas de seguridad. El personal mantiene el pasto y las áreas comunes en buenas condiciones. Como punto a mejorar, los apartamentos se sienten antiguos y a veces hay problemas con cucarachas. Aun así, es una comunidad agradable y familiar.

  All of the higher ratings are because management sent us all text messages to give higher ratings so win money off rent. This place will charge you at move out for damage that was already in the apartment. please take pictures before move in and email to them. They also changed me for days after I already moved and did not reply to the email sent back. I have video footage of the apartment upon move out.. not to mention the rats and roaches. Rats in 24 but was still around in 2026. They did not reimburse for the damages the rats caused. I also have video footage of the rats in my apartment. I have pictures of some othe stuff the rat did posted on here..Ive had other issues with this place and management. Honestly, I think you get treated unfair if you're not Hispanic or of Hispanic decent. The daycare in the entrance blocks exiting or entering the complex which is an emergency hazard. ASK THE PEOPLE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD The ac is horrible upstairs thats why you'll see people with AC units out their windows. They are charging me for a leakage from the roof. THE ROOF FROM RAIN. They are responsible for roof repairs. THEIR HORRIBLE BATHTUB WORK. AND IM PAYING A MONTHLY DEPOSIT. DONT RENT HERE IF YOU DO DOCUMENT EVERYTHING. YOU WONT GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK NO MATTER HOW GOOD YOU LEFT THE APARTMENT.

  I have been living here in woodbriar circle for 3 years and all honesty it's been a smooth stay. The apartments themselves are very spacious and maintenance does a great job helping us with any problems we have. Would differently recommend, as the neighbors are pretty friendly too.
