I’ve been extremely impressed with my experience at LaVista Crossing. From the moment I reached out, the staff has been welcoming, professional, and always willing to help. The property itself is continuously improving and you can tell management truly cares about maintaining a great living environment for residents. I especially want to recognize Shannon Glover, the Property Manager. She is incredibly dedicated, hardworking, and handles everything with a level of professionalism that is hard to find these days. It’s clear she takes pride in making sure the community runs smoothly and that resident concerns are addressed quickly and efficiently. It’s refreshing to see management that genuinely cares about both the property and the people who live here. Highly recommend checking out LaVista Crossing if you’re searching for a place to call home.

I lived at this apartment community for one year, and choosing not to renew my lease was one of the easiest decisions I’ve ever made. The biggest issue is safety. My car was stolen while I lived here, and I wasn’t the only victim. There were frequent incidents involving residents’ vehicles being broken into or stolen. I never felt safe living here, and management and staff showed very little concern when these incidents happened. When my car was stolen, I was already dealing with a stressful and upsetting situation. Instead of receiving support or assistance, I felt completely ignored. No one seemed interested in helping or even showing basic concern. I do want to acknowledge that the property manager was polite and tried to help when she could. However, my experience with many of the maintenance staff and other employees was extremely negative. They were often rude, unprofessional, and unfriendly. Simple greetings or respectful interactions seemed like too much to ask. Yet when it came time to move out, the attitude became even worse. The apartment itself was also in poor condition. The unit was not clean when I moved in, and the overall quality of the property did not justify the amount of rent being charged. Before moving out, I cleaned the apartment thoroughly and left it in much better condition than when I received it. Despite that, I was hit with excessive and unfair move-out charges. To make matters worse, trying to resolve the final bill was a nightmare. Calls went unanswered, and multiple trips to the office resulted in little to no help. I also want to mention my most recent experience, which only confirmed my decision to leave. I went to the office for the third time to try to pay my final bill and resolve my account. When I arrived, a maintenance employee opened the office door and told me the staff was on lunch break. I politely asked if I had happened to come during lunch and what the best time would be to return. Instead of responding professionally, he answered in a rude and dismissive manner, making comments about how the staff needed to eat and saying other unnecessary things. His attitude was disrespectful and completely uncalled for. As someone who had already made multiple trips to the office and spent weeks trying to get answers, this interaction was extremely frustrating. It ruined my day and left me feeling upset and disrespected. No resident or former resident should be treated that way when simply trying to make a payment and resolve a final bill. Professionalism and basic customer service were clearly lacking, and this experience was a perfect example of the poor treatment I experienced throughout my time living there. My experience was that this property cared more about collecting money than providing a safe, well-maintained, and professionally managed place for residents. Between the safety concerns, poor apartment conditions, rude staff, lack of communication, and unfair charges, I cannot recommend this community. If you are considering moving here, do your research carefully. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.
