If I can put 0 stars I would. From the rude staff to the lack of communication/respect for the people who live in the community! My air conditioning hasn’t been working in two weeks and although they continue to “tinker” on it it never got fixed after asking for accommodation I got ignored this is Atlanta heat no one wants to come home to an apartment that’s over 85 degrees which isn’t even livable at this point. They never answer the phone. They always have a sign on the door stating there at lunch or away and never put a time when they’ll be back. The only time you’ll get constant communication from them is when rent is due and they want to collect payment other than that please expect a lot of run around from the staff. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Do NOT move here. We lived at Five Oaks Apartments for 6 months and had some of the worst maintenance issues imaginable. We put in maintenance requests back in November that STILL have not been resolved.
The biggest issue was our front door lock. We repeatedly told management and maintenance that the lock was extremely hard to turn and clearly needed servicing. Instead of fixing it, they ignored the problem until it became dangerous. One day, the lock completely stopped turning FROM THE INSIDE and we were literally trapped inside our apartment. Maintenance had to DRILL DOWN THE DOOR just to get us out. That is an extreme fire hazard and completely unacceptable.
On top of that, they never came back to fix our washer and dryer so we’ve been going to the local laundromat. Also, there are roaches everywhere. No matter how clean you keep the apartment, the pest problem is terrible.
The lack of urgency, poor maintenance, and unsafe living conditions make this place not worth the money at all. Save yourself the stress and look somewhere else.

I have been going to the gym here for years but the treadmills haven been working lately. The office keep dodging the question about. It can’t be that hard to fix a treadmill. It’s upsetting.
I work in property management myself, so I know how these situations are supposed to be handled, which makes this even more frustrating.
I’ve been living in a unit with only one working air vent, bugs, and there has been no air filter in place for the past two months. My sink is also actively dripping and still hasn’t been fixed.
I’ve made multiple attempts to get these issues resolved and have a full paper trail of communication with management, but there has been no resolution.
At this point, code enforcement has already been contacted.

I used to live here in 2018. I was considering coming back here. I called last week and spoke to a woman in the office and right of the jump she acted like I was bothering her. I asked my few questions and hung up and came to the reviews. Then I was reminded how the gate closed on my car when I lived here and the leasing office turned it around and told me I took too long to enter through but my dash cam said otherwise. Thanks for the reminder guys… Won’t be coming here.
