  I am glad I found this apartment complex. The property is well-maintained and clean. The management team is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about addressing concerns in a timely manner. One of the things I appreciate most is how quickly the maintenance staff responds to requests.

  This community and staff have been one of the best I’ve come across. The office staff and maintenance go above and beyond to try to help us in our service requests or questions regarding our lease. They are transparent and always encourage us to visit their website/ resident portal for updates. If you lived in apartments then you would understand the difference between the service management provides versus others. I lived in many complexes and these are the best apartments I’ve lived in. Would definitely recommend.

  As a real estate professional who regularly helps clients find apartments, my experience with Pointe at Suwanee Station has been extremely disappointing. Communication was inconsistent from the beginning. After touring the property with my client, I had to repeatedly follow up for information that was supposed to be provided after the tour. Responses were delayed, and obtaining basic information such as pricing, next steps, and leasing details required multiple phone calls and emails. The most frustrating part was the lack of responsiveness from management. Even after providing a detailed timeline of events and making reasonable requests on behalf of my approved client, emails went unanswered and concerns were not addressed. My client acted in good faith throughout the process, yet we were left chasing updates and trying to get clarity on pricing and lease terms. For a community that is actively seeking residents, the customer service and follow-through has fallen far below expectations. Leasing an apartment is already stressful, especially for out-of-state renters, and the lack of communication only made the process more difficult. Based on my experience, I would have a hard time recommending this community to future clients. There are many apartment communities in the area that provide far better communication, transparency, and customer service.
