  I got a tour to the apartment the units are so beautiful and the clubhouse is really cool definitely somewhere I would live at and the office people are so very understanding and cool definitely seem like the type to help out a lot

  Cliff has been an incredible part of our community for as long as I’ve lived here over 10 years and I truly can’t say enough good things about him. He’s not only a fantastic worker, but someone who genuinely cares about maintaining and beautifying the property. I’ve personally seen cliff go above and beyond, even staying past his working hours just to make sure everything looks It’s best. That level of dedication is rare and speaks volumes about his character and work ethic beyond his hard work. Cliff is kind, respectful and highly regarded by everyone here. He consistently exceeds expectations and takes pride in what he does which makes a noticeable difference in our community every single day. We are truly lucky to have him and would not have it any other way.

  I just wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the refreshing, positive change here within the leasing office at Pointe @ Suwanee Station. The new property mgr, Jamilah has been so easy to work with, pleasantly approachable and seems to genuinely care about us residents/our concerns. Indi, Jaylyn and Letty are bright spots to work with as well! Enrique is the best maintenance guy to work with; he’s so helpful and personable. I am glad I stayed to witness such a positive turnaround!

  I’ve truly enjoyed my experience living in this community. From the moment I moved in, I’ve been surrounded by kind and welcoming people who genuinely make this place feel like home. A special thank you to Jaylen, Ivy, Jamila, and Lety in the leasing office—they are always warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. No matter the question or concern, they take the time to listen and make sure everything is handled smoothly. Their positive attitude really sets the tone for the entire community. I also want to recognize Enrique from maintenance, who is always prompt, respectful, and efficient. Anytime I’ve needed assistance, he’s addressed things quickly and with care, which makes a big difference. Even the neighbors here are friendly and considerate, creating a peaceful and supportive environment. It’s rare to find a place where everyone—from staff to residents—contributes to such a positive atmosphere. Overall, this community stands out because of the people. Whenever I have a question or need assistance, I know I’ll be met with kindness and a willingness to help. I’m grateful to be part of such a wonderful place to live.
