  I highly recommend Siena Suwanee! I don't actually live here, but I spend a lot of time here with my daughter and granddaughter. The grounds are beautiful, and the maintenance guys, whom I've had the pleasure of meeting, are very good at their job. I've also met Lauren, who works in the office, and she is just so nice. Anyone looking for a great, safe place to live with lots of fun activities at Suwanee Town Center, should consider moving here.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have had a wonderful experience living at Siena Suwanee Town Center Apartments. One of the things that truly sets this community apart is the exceptional staff. The maintenance team, Omar and Billy, are outstanding. They are always responsive, professional, and courteous. Any maintenance issue I've experienced has been addressed quickly and efficiently, which gives me great peace of mind as a resident. The office staff—Bonnie, Lauren, and Lindsey—have done an incredible job creating a welcoming and enjoyable community. They are friendly, attentive, and genuinely care about the residents. Their efforts to foster a positive living environment do not go unnoticed. It's refreshing to live in a community where both the maintenance and management teams take such pride in providing excellent service. I highly recommend Siena Suwanee Town Center Apartments to anyone looking for a place to call home.

  This is the first Google review I have ever written in my life, but I felt absolutely compelled to write it to warn others. I strongly advise against renting at Siena Suwanee Town Center if you value your health and peace of mind. For over five months, management completely ignored severe, documented late-night noise disturbances from an upstairs neighbor, forcing my 33-week pregnant wife to endure extreme sleep deprivation and multiple 2 AM police visits. Instead of resolving the issue or taking responsibility, they attempted to trap us in the uninhabitable unit by demanding thousands of dollars in predatory early termination fees and concession paybacks. This management clearly prioritizes exploiting unfair lease clauses to extract money over fulfilling their basic legal duty to provide a safe and livable environment. Honestly, even giving them 1 out of 5 stars feels like way too much. UPDATE (6/14/15): Update in response to management: Bonnie, this generic PR response is frankly insulting. I have been communicating directly with you, your leasing office, and your corporate lawyer for nearly a year regarding this exact issue. Asking me to "reach out directly for a personalized discussion" as if you are hearing about this for the first time is completely disingenuous and clearly just for show. P.S. Despite your lawyer recently claiming in writing that the upstairs tenant would be vacating "shortly," that tenant is still living there, the noise continues, and absolutely nothing has actually been resolved. Stop pretending to care on Google and start taking real action.
