  I’ve had a really positive experience working with Dan and his team, and I wanted to give special credit to Megan, who recently stepped in to help manage our homeowners association. HOA issues are not always glamorous, and I know they can involve a lot of moving parts, vendors, timelines, board approvals, and follow-up. But both Dan and Megan have been incredibly responsive, clear, and helpful. Dan has always been easy to communicate with, and Megan jumped in quickly, got up to speed, contacted the right vendors, and provided a thoughtful update on several lingering landscaping and irrigation items. What stood out most was that Megan treated the concerns seriously, even though they were not exactly five-alarm emergencies. She was quick, professional, kind, and genuinely helpful. That kind of responsiveness makes a real difference. Very grateful for both Dan and Megan, and happy to see the team continuing to grow in such a positive direction.

  I had the pleasure of speaking with Catie today and she was very helpful. She was able to talk me through some of the property requirements and covenants. This company not only provides great customer service but is highly professional as well! I will definitely be reaching back out if I have any follow up questions.
