  Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from this company. I have reached out multiple times through email and the website regarding a hazardous tree on my property that has already been identified as a safety concern and needs to be removed. After multiple attempts to get a response, I have received absolutely no communication. It is incredibly frustrating that a matter involving a potential safety issue can be ignored.

  I’ve had a really positive experience working with Dan and his team, and I wanted to give special credit to Megan, who recently stepped in to help manage our homeowners association. HOA issues are not always glamorous, and I know they can involve a lot of moving parts, vendors, timelines, board approvals, and follow-up. But both Dan and Megan have been incredibly responsive, clear, and helpful. Dan has always been easy to communicate with, and Megan jumped in quickly, got up to speed, contacted the right vendors, and provided a thoughtful update on several lingering landscaping and irrigation items. What stood out most was that Megan treated the concerns seriously, even though they were not exactly five-alarm emergencies. She was quick, professional, kind, and genuinely helpful. That kind of responsiveness makes a real difference. Very grateful for both Dan and Megan, and happy to see the team continuing to grow in such a positive direction.
