  I had such a wonderful experience! Abby is WONDERFUL. was incredibly sweet, kind, and helpful. She made me feel welcomed from the start and truly cared about. It’s so nice to come across someone who genuinely takes the time to make a great impression and explain every detail to you. Answered all my questions, kept a smile on her face the entire time. She truly care about potential residents. Highly recommend! 💕✨

  Thank you Ray and Abigail for your help, maintenance is stellar!! Less than a few hours of putting a service request in everything was sorted. The local Sugarhill staff is absolutely amazing.

  The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and in an amazing location with great access to shopping, dining, and entertainment. One of the things that stands out most is how welcoming and helpful the team is—they truly care about making every resident and prospective resident feel at home. The apartment homes are modern, spacious, and offer great amenities, making it a fantastic place to live. It's been a pleasure being part of such a positive community, and I highly recommend The Local Sugar Hill to anyone looking for a new home in the area!

  Adam provided excellent, very attentive maintenance service. I am new to The Edison Sugarloaf property, and he took the trouble to come over from another location to fix my air conditioner. Thanks for the service.

  Abby and the whole team that was there on Wednesday, June 24, 2026 was amazing. I arrived a little late because of traffic I expressed that I valued their time which I really do. They were so awesome. Nice warm and welcoming Abby still gave me a tour she still showed me two different apartments. She has great vibes & energy. She helped me with all my questions. I love the vibes of the building the atmosphere of the building.
