We had an amazing experience with Abigail! From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. Our English isn’t perfect, but she always took the time to make sure we understood everything and never made us feel rushed or uncomfortable. She followed through on everything she told us and helped us so much throughout the entire process. She even welcomed us back twice to see the apartment again and was just as patient and attentive every single time. Her customer service is truly exceptional. She made this whole experience so much easier and more comfortable for us. If I could give Abigail 10 stars instead of 5, I absolutely would! ⭐️ Thank you so much, Abigail, for all your help and kindness. We really appreciate you! ❤️ Jenny.

Very friendly and helpful staff, a pet loving community and also connected to the local community and events. My favorite part is that TLSH hands down is the BEST maintenance team and their hard work and services hands down! They show up so fast that I have to be ready once I submit a request - it’s usually in less than 15 min! They’ve shown up for us after hours and for emergencies. They’re friendly, kind, know the residents (and will even teach you if you ask). This small crew takes care of us so very well! Thank you team 💪

I had such a wonderful experience! Abby is WONDERFUL. was incredibly sweet, kind, and helpful. She made me feel welcomed from the start and truly cared about. It’s so nice to come across someone who genuinely takes the time to make a great impression and explain every detail to you. Answered all my questions, kept a smile on her face the entire time. She truly care about potential residents. Highly recommend! 💕✨
