  What else can I say but exceptional professionalism and customer service. My search for a new apartment began in December 2025. After meeting Leasing Agent, Ericka Garrett and touring the neighborhood I knew I wanted The Abbey to be my new home. Ericka is that go to person who will do everything humanly possible to get things done. Even for people like me, who change their minds about which apartment they want 😊. The Abbey at Eagles Landing do whatever you have to do to keep Ericka. She is a true gem. Thank you Ericka!!! Can’t beat this view from my living room window.

  Erika helped us move into our new home! We could not be happier. Not only is the property and community stunning and everything that we were wishing for, Erika made us feel welcomed, and always had positive energy about every situation. She went above and beyond and assisted us very promptly! 10/10 recommend

  THE APARTMENTS ARE GREAT & THE STAFF IS VERY VERY NICE. 🩷👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽🩷. BUT THEY NEED TO PUT NEW GATES WERE THE PEOPLE COME IN & OUT , THEY KEEP STAYING OPEN BAD GUYS CAN BREAK IN THE APARTMENTS THEY NEED TO GET NEW ONES THAT WILL NOT BREAK OR STAY OPEN. THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME.

  I had an absolutely amazing experience moving into this apartment community, and it was all thanks to Ericka. From start to finish, she was kind, considerate, patient, and truly compassionate. She walked me through every step of the leasing process, answered all of my questions, and made what can often be a stressful experience feel incredibly smooth and easy. Ericka went above and beyond to make sure I felt supported and comfortable throughout the entire process. Her professionalism, positive attitude, and genuine care really stood out, and it made a huge difference for me. I’m so grateful for her help and couldn’t have asked for a better leasing agent. If you’re looking for a place where you’re treated with respect and care, I highly recommend this community — and definitely ask for Ericka!
