  My Aunt stays in The Villas I was so relieved when she told me How much she is enjoying living here.When I ask why she stayed the going on early morning walks she feels good cause she knows that security guy is always walking around 5am.She says he is quiet but definitely does a good job of being seen and when you think he is not around you will hear a voice say Good morning!He watching everything

  My experience with the flats at mt Zion has been a complete headache with the application process. Everytime I turn something in that needs to be done then it’s another problem after another. I had a deadline on when I wanted to move and seems like it’s a never ending issue with my application so I just cancelled it. I think their compliance or whoever in charge of the decision making can do better! Ridiculous.

  Im so grateful for security at this place.My friend stays here.When I get off work at 2am I go over there alot.One thing about security officers in this complex.They are walking each building.Not enough credit goes to what they do.Thank keep alot of bad stuff from happening causing they are up and watching over us while we sleep

  I stayed in the flats four years and it was cool until they got the new lady honey she was nasty,renewed my lease and they only did it for 6 months and told me I had to be gone by may 31st.i moved and and left the apartment clean just how they gave it to me just waiting on my deposit back.

  06/2026 Thanks to our management, She has been making positive changes here at The Flats at Mt.Zion. The gate is active now. She is friendly and listens to feedbacks. I've never had a problem with maintenance with repairs. I pay on timely manner and I have a respectful conversation,So It has work out in my favor.
