Long story short, I was exhausted, stressed, and honestly starting to feel doubtful that I would even find a new place. Then I met Alexis, and everything changed. From the very beginning, she was incredibly patient, understanding, and genuinely kind. She took the time to walk me through every step of the process, answered all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. What really stood out was how she went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and stress-free during a time when I truly needed it. Her communication was consistent, clear, and professional, and she followed through on everything she said she would do. It didn’t feel transactional, it felt like she actually cared about helping me find the right place and making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Because of Alexis, what started as a frustrating and overwhelming situation turned into a smooth and positive transition. If you’re looking for someone who is patient, dedicated, and truly has your best interest at heart, I highly recommend asking for Alexis. She is a gem and absolutely made this experience worth it.

New management. They fired the whole office so don’t wanna discuss that. No issues. Few discrepancies why 3 stars. Overall it’s ok
