  I can’t say enough good things about Alexis at Ballantyne Commons in Stockbridge. Long story short, I was exhausted, stressed, and honestly starting to feel doubtful that I would even find a new place. Then I met Alexis, and everything changed. From the very beginning, she was incredibly patient, understanding, and genuinely kind. She took the time to walk me through every step of the process, answered all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. What really stood out was how she went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and stress-free during a time when I truly needed it. Her communication was consistent, clear, and professional, and she followed through on everything she said she would do. It didn’t feel transactional, it felt like she actually cared about helping me find the right place and making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Because of Alexis, what started as a frustrating and overwhelming situation turned into a smooth and positive transition. If you’re looking for someone who is patient, dedicated, and truly has your best interest at heart, I highly recommend asking for Alexis. She is a gem and absolutely made this experience worth it.

  Had an issue about a puppy I had for 4 days. They told me one thing and did another and then continued to bill me months after even though the dog was gone. New management. They fired the whole office so don’t wanna discuss that. No issues. Few discrepancies why 3 stars. Overall it’s ok

  This apartment does not come & do maintenance request. You can call the complex multiple times & email property managers they do not respond to emails. In the 4 months living here they have changed staff 3 times and nobody communicates anything. The appliances are broken, the fixtures are falling off the wall. Valet trash does not pick up trash when they are scheduled. It took a month to get a valet trash can when I moved in. The mold and mildew on the windows nobody ever came to fix. It put myself and my kids in the hospital more than once and the managers were aware of the situation. I would leave ZERO STARS if I could and would not recommend anyone to move here. Keep it pushing.

  Amazing customer service!! I dropped in to check out a 2 bedroom apartment (which are nicely renovated) and was greeted promptly. After viewing the apartment, Marcus provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed choice. Definitely check out this community if you are looking!

  I loveeeeeeeee these apartments , Crystal and Chantal is amazing . This property is under new management and I can already see a change. They are really quick with work orders ! I’m very picky about where I stay and love these apartments , and it’s really nice in the inside.
