  They are awesome when I found out that I wasn’t gonna be up for renew all I was panicking I only had less than 24 hours and the property manager Love made sure and reinsured me that it was gonna get renewed

  it's been over a month since moving in and i have called repeatedly to complain about the roach & spider issue here in our apartment. pest control supposedly stopped by (we weren't home and they left a card), we bought roach baits to put around the apartment, i make sure the apartment is clean and wash the dishes every night, and there's. still. roaches. it is a nightmare coming into the kitchen and seeing them on the floor or on the counter. i barely cook anything because of this. ibex is not doing anything to remedy this situation. you pay a whole bunch of money to live here and there's roaches everywhere?? it's not normal. if you're thinking of moving here, go somewhere else because they do not maintain these apartments. the email they provided in response to this review does not work.
