- ANAndi NealonAug 18, 20261.0While I'm sure people with money to throw around would be fine to deal with the nigh-criminal nonsense going on here, the regular person may want to steer clear. I started my application while the rate was $1066 per month, and when I submitted payment the next day, the rate had jumped to $1209 without notifying me. When I asked if they'd honor the original rate, they agreed! When I was approved, they called me and we again confirmed the rate would be $1066 per month. Then I get an email saying no, best they can do is $1100 since the mysterious Market Rate has commanded $1187 (funny, that's less than your price of 1209!). I said that's absurd, have your agents been lying? The manager then calls me to restate that the market rate is God and they can't possibly honor something they promised to. Brainwashed nonsense. Renters beware!
