  I moved from a not so good complex about a month ago and was extremely nervous. I moved in without viewing the units or meeting anyone on the leasing team. When I tell you I was extremely impressed with EVERYTHING. I got into a classic unit and though everything is a bit older, it is all very well maintained past a few minor repairs. The community is full of friendly working families, though there is a ton of people living here and parking is almost difficult to come by at night, but it’s okay! The leasing office is very friendly, personable, and is urgent in their responses- which was important to me coming from a sucky complex. Maintenance is quick and leasing calls you to make sure someone is home before they arrive. They followed up a couple of times to repair my window which I greatly appreciate. I’ve seen staff picking up trash some mornings which I think is great! The units I think have great character. There are big windows and plenty of natural light which has been such a mood booster, the carpets are nice, and there is soooo much storage, I love a good closet. I highly recommend this complex, I finally like like I Have a HOME after so many years.

  I was a resident over there for over 15 years never had any problems until my apartment burned up I told them earlier last year that the apartment on the second floor was cooking an the breeze way was full of smoke an I asked them was her smoke alarm working an they said that they would check an I don't think they did the people were only living there for 6 months an now this year February 23 the same apartment on the second floor burned up an went to the 3 floor an I lost everything that was sentimental to me is gone an when I went back to try an get stuff I was threatened by management to leave or I'm calling the police. This is the third fire an the last for me..

  I have been living in Concord Crossing Apartment Complex for over fifteen years. During this time there have been several ownership changes and with each a new management and personell, some better than others. The current management team with Ms. Beatriz P. as manager is one of the best and most pleasant to work with. She went above and beyond to put together a new rental agreement plan for me this year. I had planned to move at the end of my lease in 2025. But things do not always go as planned. In the end the new place I was to move into fell through. She was so helpful and considerate in negotiating my lease and also came through with a new refrigerator and new carpet for the apartment. I am quite happy with the way everything turned out. She went above and beyond to give me the best package. The maintenance team is also quick, thorough and professional, usually fixing issues within 24 hrs. I called in a blocked toliet on a Friday morning and Diana, maintenance mgr., came and fixed the problem by the afternoon. I was quite pleased to get the job done so quickly and not have to deal with a flooding toliet the whole weekend. I give the Complex my 5 star rating and thumbs up for all the hard work they put in and exceptional service.
