- EBElla BJul 10, 20261.0Was extremely interested in living here, they advertised 2 1 bedroom units as being available. I scheduled a tour and they even confirmed it by phone. I show up and they tell me a one bedroom is not available and they can’t do a tour with me. The woman working there was extremely rude and hostile. She was awful. Just her working there makes me never wanna live in this apartment complex. They are lying online and saying that units are available when they aren’t.

- JJJJun 29, 20265.0Good place to live, Kimberly the property manager is wonderful and the area is pleasant. Maintenance does a great job as well. If you read a few of the other reviews, some people complain just to hear themselves talk, take it with a grain of salt.

The staff at this complex was amazing. An important factor to me is communication and they were always quick to respond to any correspondence. The apartment served as a good home for the 2 college students.
- LWLiza WebberMay 26, 20262.0I've been here almost 10 years. Let me say first, seems we have good management after years of not, and I appreciate them. Not sure why the turnover is so great at the office and in maintenance. However, clientele has gone down. The entire complex smells of pot and my latest few neighbors are very loud. Thumping on the walls and screaming kids and loud music. Pool has been closed forever and although I've had no problems getting work orders fixed, the apts are old, crumbly and too pricey for what they are. I live here bc I cant afford anywhere else and it's livable. Trash is an issue and trashy residents are too. Just decent common courtesy is all that's needed, but is definitely lacking.
