  I’ve really enjoyed living at The George Apartments in Savannah. The property is clean, modern, and well-maintained, and the atmosphere feels both peaceful and welcoming. The staff has always been friendly, professional, and quick to help whenever needed. The location is also a huge plus — convenient to downtown Savannah while still feeling comfortable and relaxed. The amenities are great, and the overall community feels safe and well cared for. I would definitely recommend The George to anyone looking for a nice place to live in the Savannah area!

  I been living at the George apartments since may 24, so going on roughly two years . I have seen so many new improvements to the community. The leasing staff & maintenance teams are always helpful. I hope to renew for a third year soon .

  Five stars. I’m heading into my second year at The George Apartments, and I renewed my lease without hesitation. This place is honestly one of Savannah’s remaining affordable gems — quiet grounds, beautiful landscaping, a fantastic pool, gym, walking trail, dog park, pickleball courts, and enough privacy that my floor-to-ceiling “fishbowl” windows somehow still feel peaceful and secluded. The maintenance team deserves serious credit. Reese runs that crew like a military operation: efficient, responsive, professional, and always friendly. Things get handled quickly, and that matters. And the office staff? Always polished, energetic, and somehow looking like they walked out of a lifestyle commercial at 9 a.m. sharp. The management team keeps the community moving while still making residents feel welcome and heard, which is harder than people realize. You can tell the entire staff genuinely cares about keeping this property clean, safe, functional, and enjoyable for the people who live here. The George gives 110%, and it shows. Alice H Tully

  I went to look for a spacious apartment with decent prices I arrived for a tour and was greeted with most gracious hospitality and service towards my needs and wants in. Apartment while the leasing agent” Na’Jara Johnson “was there to answer my concerns with outstanding guest satisfaction help me find precise amenities and additional information I was more than satisfied with the whole experience and was a pleasure to visit this apartment homes will definitely recommend more friends and family members 😁😌

  Brittany has been super helpful getting me moved into the George. Had some bumps in the road getting moved in after they had to switch my unit, but Brittany made sure my move in day did not get pushed back!
