  Have been waiting almost 90 days for refund of fees. On-site management mis-represented size and layout of available unit. We submitted application prior to viewing, duh. Then when viewed realized unit was not what it should have been. When we removed our application we were advised we would forfeit all application and administrative fees paid. Finally a concession of $150, but still haven't received and no response to my status inquiries.

  Exited for my daughter to move in. Rose Fernandez was so amazing from the start over the phone to our tour and with her application process. Thank you Rose for all your help. The Addie is the perfect place for Scad students.

  Meeting with Rose was so great, we got applications to fill out on the same day! Both buildings are absolutely beautiful, the studios in particular are WAY bigger than the tradional space you would get with an apartment classified in this way.
