  They lie about everything. The pool has not been open since the end of summer 2025, charged for trash even when they would not come pick it up for months, racoons do more work in the apartment ceilings and in our trash bins than maintenance had done. I’ve witnessed the same man masked up harrass two different women late at night. Apparently he does not live on the property. The gazebo has been abandoned and neglected since way before I moved in. Gym has never been open for the last 3 years. They use AI to post fake photos of the property , once you sign the lease you are your own. Mold, Roaches, Raccoons, ants, and an office who never abides by there open hours. At one point our office was closed for several months and mail was not being delivered. Corporate does not exist the calls go straight to voicemail. Do not move here. It’s not worth beautiful Spanish moss hanging from the trees, because everything else about this property is ugly. You’ve been warned!

  This was a horrible place to live. You can’t get in touch with anyone, especially maintenance, you put a request in and you will be lucky if someone comes and looks at it. Sliding doors not being hung right and falling off the track completely. Leaks from almost every window. One bad one in the bedroom caused standing water in the ceiling and dripping down on the floor. Mold in the closet where the AC unit is. My lease was lost somehow after I signed it and was getting charged 500 dollars extra a month for living there. Had to drive down the road to Heron on the bluff office to speak to someone month after month to get the charges taken off. I have since moved out due to the negligence and the way this place is ran. I’m still running into issues after the move out, by them saying I owe money to them because they got the dates of my move out wrong, and still can’t get into contact with anyone to resolve this. Truly I could keep going if I wanted to but this explains enough. Don’t live here.

  We have lived here for 2 years now and most of our experience has been far from decent. We are now trying to break our lease and we physically cannot because no one is in the leasing office of osprey or heron. Phone numbers go to nowhere. Websites are down. Emails go unanswered. We are trying to do the right thing and give notice of our move out but can’t.

  I wish I could give this poor excuse for an apartment complex zero stars. Our A/C unit has been leaking for at least 6 months despite multiple attempts by the maintenance crew to “fix” it. There is so much water we had to put our mop bucket and other bowls under the leaks so our kitchen isn’t flooded. The ceiling in the closet of our water unit caved in because it’s soaking wet. We also had to deal with a bug infestation that was a disaster to get rid of. There is MOLD growing in our apartment. The mold is all over the walls and has ruined our things. Our toilets break constantly and flood the bathroom. We actually have a broken toilet right now, and have made multiple attempts to contact someone to fix it. If someone happens to answer they always say “someone will be over there to fix it”. No one ever shows up. The office is NEVER open, so don’t even bother going. I can never pay rent online because the portal tacks on month to month fees even though we signed our lease MONTHS ago. The pool and gym haven’t been open the entire summer. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!

  Don’t move here it’s not worth it. Still waiting for my A/C to be fixed after a month of waiting. One half of my home is losing electricity no one communicates professionally at either of the offices. No communication No maintenance No pool or gym. No one is at the office or answers the phone. First opportunity I’m moving 0/10 DONT NOT MOVE HERE
