  Worst apartments ever I cannot wait to move out they are not attentive what so ever there is never anyone in the office to speak with! We are being charged for amenities and extras that are never available to us ! & when u finally do get in touch with someone the only thing they can tell you is that there is nothing they can do about it and we will continue to be charged . Amongst my stay I have never seen any pest control nor have I seen any upkeep done outside! Had a new maintenance guy he was the sweetest but it’s only so much he can do without the back up of management themselves so none of my complaints were fixed per the black mold . The peeling ceiling from the trapped moisture and just chipped paint. Was told they’d send someone to help out but no one ever comes and then they expect rent on time when things aren’t even being fulfilled as someone who is paying to stay here! How do I not feel at home in my own home ????!!!!

  They love to say they’re professional but I did not pay in a check but yet you all send one out and when I get my check it’s not even the right amount I got back less than what I was supposed to. If you all pick up the damn phone you would know. I’ll see you all in court.

  We are set to move in less than 2 weeks, and I will edit this post accordingly. As of now we are very happy with how friendly, helpful, and responsive the leasing office has been. The apartments are beautifully maintained and we are very excited to relocate. We do not live in Savannah at the moment, and everyone has been extremely helpful. Even the maintenance man we walked by was cracking joke while we visited.

  We reserved an apartment at the Osprey location but it wasn't ready when we arrived so we came to Heron on the Bluff and we are extremely happy we did! Lisa the manager is excellent and went above and beyond to fix the mistakes the other property madw. We love it here!
