    I LOVE my apartment and the service is excellent when I put in a service request it's done in a very timely manner. I appreciate my leasing agent De'Andre so much because he went above and beyond with helping myself and my husband navigate through the process of being able to live in our apartment. De'Andre was and is a the kind of leasing person the EVA needs, his personality is kind that welcomes you in and makes you want to live here. Thank you De'Andre for being gracious

    I’m writing to formally follow up regarding the ongoing unresolved issues in my apartment and to document my continued concerns in writing as it’s been two weeks of this now. As previously communicated, the continued electrical failures, food spoilage, inability to properly cook, lack of response to repair requests, and prior unauthorized entries into my apartment have caused significant stress, disruption, financial hardship, and emotional distress for me and my household. In addition, none of my previous emails regarding these matters have been answered, despite multiple attempts to seek assistance and resolution. The continued lack of communication and failure to address these ongoing issues has become unacceptable and is directly impacting our ability to safely and comfortably live in the apartment. Despite my frustration, I am attempting to resolve these issues professionally and appropriately. My goal is simply to have a safe and habitable living environment, timely repairs, and consistent communication regarding maintenance requests and apartment access. Additionally, I have attached photo proof that I have no access to the online portal to submit maintenance requests regarding this which I have communicated for several months now to no avail. Please consider this my final attempt to resolve these matters directly before I pursue legal action if meaningful steps are not immediately taken to permanently address these issues. I would strongly prefer to avoid that route and hope we can resolve this promptly and professionally. Under Georgia Landlord–Tenant Law (O.C.G.A. § 44-7-13), landlords are required to keep the premises in repair and maintain essential services. The continued failure to address these utility issues constitutes a breach of this obligation. I would appreciate a written update regarding the status of these repairs, the expected timeline for resolution, and any steps being taken to prevent further issues moving forward.

    05/06/26 Today is now the third day of them cutting my breakers off in my apartment on and off all day. So my microwave, stove, internet, fridge, freezer & washing machine don’t work. They just cut it on and off all day. They also come into my apartment and damage things when I request for one thing to be fixed, or fix it incorrectly. I’ve already emailed about them locking me out of access to submitting maintenance requests. They told me I needed an “electrician” to fix my issue but nobody has come by. They answer none of my emails. At this point they are harassing me and my children. I don’t feel safe here at all. It’s very creepy! I’m continuing to document and video all this harassment. I added pictures to show how they’ll purposely mess tamper with my apartment & fix things raggedly & incorrectly. I wish I could post the videos of them turning the breakers for my appliances on and off throughout the day as well, they just constantly go on and off, all day. It’s hard to believe it’s not harassment when they ignore all my emails. You would think if I needed an electrician like they said, they would send one immediately because electrical mishaps are a serious issue for the entire building. I’ll just continue documenting everything & file in court for harassment & failure to keep the apartment in repair if this continues. 05/07/26 It is 4:54am and once again all my appliances and power for my living room go out. My fridge, stove, microwave, plug my WiFi is connected to, & dryer/washer do not work. No electrician has come by and all my emails are ignored.
