  We’ve been living at Morgan’s Landing for about 4.5 months and have had a wonderful experience. We love our home and the beautiful, peaceful, well-maintained community. The staff is friendly and helpful, and everything around the community is kept very nicely. We’re very happy to call Morgan’s Landing home and would definitely recommend it! 🏡❤️

  Stopped by on Saturday, July 25th at 11:35a.m. There was a lady sitting at a desk that said assistant manager, she didn't make eye contact and her greeting wasn't warm. I told her I was there to get more information about the property and possible schedule a tour. She said, I'm just a sit in, the people you need will be back on Monday. There was about 10 seconds of awkward silence and she said, I can get you some information. No energy, no enthusiasm. She didn't even move from her seat. I politely stated that I would reach out on Monday. This was not a great look given the other reviews are great. Hopefully, the people who can help me are actually engaged and friendly.

  I am new to Morgans Landing but everything has been great so far! All the staff are great. Tatyana in the front office is very helpful and friendly and when ya need something fixed, the maintenance man Mike is nice, timely and gets the job done. The buildings may be older but that makes them better. I don’t hear every breath my neighbors take as you do in some apartments and all my neighbors seem pretty nice.

  I'm giving Morgan's Landing apartment and staffing 5 stars for an outstanding experience starting from applying online to becoming a new resident. I was called immediately when something was available. Tatianna was warm, inviting, and showed compassion for her community just over the phone. She literally treated me like family while staying kind and very professional when the apartment was ready.Anna was another staff member who was great as well with the onboarding process. Michael from maintenance excellent! He was very keen on details making the sure everything was done beautifully for move in. He even fix the flooring for the staircase that was just was keep squeaking just when I causally mentioned it. The unit is well kept, spacious, and cozy like a cottage. I'm enjoying the community simply because the staff who work here take pride and so there love for every little details. Thank You Tatianna, Anna, Micheal, and Isaiah for a wonderful experience.

  this place is a tight knit foresty set of apartments. if youre used to seeing a bit of wildlife walking nearby or hearing a wide set of birds - this is the place for you. awesome layouts. marta stop at the entrance. qt across the street. respectable prices for the sqftage. excellent staff. no excessive amenities youll never use, just the basics which i love. most balconies show the residents here care about the space, and most of my woes with massive complexes simply do not exist here. exceptionally quiet and peaceful. looking forward to spending a long time here. shoutout to Tatyana for making the lease signing efficent and Isaiah for making our space perfect with fixes and repairs! really went above and beyond to make sure our new space was fit and comfortable. another shoutout to maint management - all of the property grounds are well loved, taken care of, and flawless. no trash. beautiful to stroll through. 👏👏
