  My boyfriend and I moved here about a week ago now. As someone who's moved around a lot due to work and college, this is definitely one of the best if not the best complex I've moved to. Being a student does indeed make my budget pretty low. This complex is affordable and very nice for the price you pay. Management and maintenance are both friendly and speedy. My previous complex(es) were not like this one what so ever. It is just my first week but I am very happy so far. Same with my boyfriend and my cat Joey. 😁😁 To add - We moved into an apartment that a tenant lived in for years before us. The renovations were done very well and you'd never be able to tell someone lived here for so long before us.

  Rouzanna is not only super professional, but so kind and made me feel home. I really appreciatted her attitude in making all efforts to answer my questions, addressing initial requests and even supporting me since the day I started to move. The community is very calm. The property is well maintained and the residents around me are friendly and we share a very calm place.

  Everything about the move-in process was very smooth and done with care. The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming, but Tammie deserves the biggest shoutout! From the start she was very kind and listened to our wants and needs. We appreciated the time she took to show us all the different floor plans and options available to us. I’m sure she sees countless people throughout the week, but what was most impressive was how she remembered us and the little details we shared. Durning the application process I had accidentally selected a unit different from what I said I had wanted, and she very promptly called and helped correct my mistake. After move in, the team was also very quick to fix some damage in the unit. I greatly appreciated the communication and care. We love everything about our new home thus far and look forward to living in this community.
