  Don’t walk but run the opposite way! Don’t be fooled by the five star reviews when you first move in we know how apartments love to ask for five star reviews on Google maps however this location will call you multiple times and even knock on your door requesting for a five star review from very biased tenants who haven’t even stayed longer than a week or the Google account has less than five or six reviews, which is already suspect to a fake account. You have been warned from somebody that’s actually lived here longer than a year. Be prepared for them to overly charge your water bill when you leave and be prepared for over $200 electricity in this April through August.

  I applied here like a week or so ago , was approved on almost everything, but was put at hault because of a sorry excuse of I had to many addresses on my credit ( umm huh? ) I literally use my mom’s address as my mailing address no matter what ! Then , I Go Back A Couple Days Later Trying To See The Status Of My Application And They Give Me Another Excuse As To Why I Can’t Get In ( Mind You I’ve Applied To 3 different Apartments and let me just say I was approved by all the others) The Property Manager Is Not A Welcoming Nor Pleasant Lady . . . She Needs To Be Gone ASAP !! In Other News Deshawn Hicks IS AWESOME TO FLY FOR HIS OWN GOOD

  I recently toured and moved into a loft at Dunwoody Crossing, and I’m so happy I did. Finding a place that offered both affordability and peace of mind wasn’t an easy process, but this community has been exactly what I was looking for. Cristian was my tour guide, and he was incredibly kind and accommodating. I accidentally mixed up my tour dates, and he still welcomed me and made the experience pleasant. The loft itself is beautiful, and one of my favorite things is how quiet the neighborhood is—even on weekends. I value a calm environment, and it has been wonderful for my peace of mind. I also appreciate that there is a police officer who regularly walks the grounds, which personally makes me feel safer. I had a small hiccup during move-in, but maintenance addressed the issue within 28–48 hours, which I appreciated. Deshawn, the assistant manager, is friendly, energetic, and always pleasant to interact with. Whether I email or stop by the office, I never feel like I’m inconveniencing anyone. Everyone has been genuinely kind and helpful. Another thing I love is being surrounded by nature, which makes this community perfect for both me and my pet. Overall, I’ve had a great experience so far and would absolutely recommend Dunwoody Crossing to anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming place to call home.

  I toured a 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit and the experience was exceptional. Delshaun was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind throughout the entire visit. The property itself was extremely clean, quiet, and well‑maintained. I also returned during the evening hours to get a better feel for the community, and the atmosphere was just as peaceful and welcoming. I fully intend to apply and look forward to becoming a resident.
