  I just took a tour of a 2-bedroom unit with Alex, and I was incredibly impressed Alex was a phenomenal guide, answering all our questions about parking and utility costs. Highly recommend checking this place out if you are looking in the area!

  Very nice apartments but they will lie to you on your application. I agreed to a low deposit and paid their fees when I was approved only to have the deposit change to a full months deposit with no notification from the complex. So now I am out their application fee. Do not try to rent here they do not communicate.

  I had an excellent experience working with Alex as my leasing agent. From the beginning, she went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. She gave me a detailed tour of several apartments, making sure I fully understood the options available to me and helping me find the perfect fit. She was professional throughout the entire process. She walked me through all the paperwork step by step, ensuring everything was clear and handled correctly. She was available whenever I had questions, whether it was a quick call or a more detailed discussion. It truly felt like she worked around the clock to help me secure my dream apartment.   As a visitor, I am very concerned about the living conditions of this community. I work in property management myself and recognize the amount of prospect reviews covering up the real issues. First of all, the gate is never closed, they will tell you they leave it open during leasing office hours. This is false, I’ve came to visit morning, afternoon and late night, the gate is always open. My sister called me one evening scared because her car alarm kept going off and then received an email blast 2 days later regarding car break ins. Second, the grounds are not well maintained, the trash compactors are often overfilled to the point that trash runs over the sidewalk and into the road. I take the trash out for my sister when I leave out sometimes and I am actually afraid to get close, worried that something may have made a home in the trash. Third, noise…. If you work from home or just enjoy your peace and sanity, please don’t live here. Fourth, bugs… Georgia is notorious for having bug issues BUT because their buildings are so poorly managed they have seem to be over run with roaches. This property has a number more issues I would love to get into but in all honesty, this community was built in the 80s and it is apparent the the current management company does not do well of maintaining its large foot print. They continue to put band aids on renovations that are long over do and putting people in apartments that really shouldn’t be lived in without proper updates and make-ready procedures.
