    New management, both leading and maintenance, are really making the difference seen. The leasing office people are actually out and about the property making sure people are adhering to the policies and the new maintenance manager is making sure that service requests are not only being fulfilled but in a timely manner (thank you, Larry!). It’s good to see the management teams working properly because Azalea Park really is a beautiful piece of property with mature trees and foliage. I only gave 4 stars because there are some maintenance/upkeep issues that I feel should be automatically put into practice but remain only when requested. But having lived here for over 5 years, I’ve seen the fluctuations and can say I’m pleased to see this place back on track.

    Very disappointed with the office and management. Since moving in, I’ve been waiting on a missing refrigerator shelf, and I’m still dealing with an AC/structural issue where the air does not properly flow throughout the apartment. My frustration is NOT with the maintenance staff, but with the lack of communication and follow-through from the office. These issues should not take this long to address, especially for a new move in

    Abdur review I had a great experience with my maintenance man. He was very professional, respectful, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. He fixed everything that needed attention and made sure I was completely satisfied with the work. He even went the extra mile and took out the trash for me, which I really appreciated. It’s not often you come across someone who puts that much care and effort into their work. He definitely deserves recognition for his excellent servic

    This review is strictly & solely for Mr.Larry the new Maintenance Supervisor, NOT the community as a whole. In his new position of merely 2 weeks he made sure an AC problem I’ve had for well over a year was repaired. Now instead of burning up hot we’re freezing & we love it. Plus other issues were repaired as well under his supervision. His attitude is so positive, friendly & upbeat. A real gem to the community.
