  I moved in a few months ago and Zulia was my leasing agent. She is very kind and personable and has always helped with my service requests, making sure they are followed through in a timely manner. The maintenance team is great, fixing my requests the same day or the next. Overall this is a quiet community, the neighbors are friendly, and it's a very peaceful place. I have enjoyed living here so far. :-)

  I moved into a one-bedroom here in June 2026. There's real good and real bad, so I'll lay out both. The unit was not move-in ready. In my first few weeks I had to submit requests for roaches, a kitchen light fixture full of dead bugs, a leaking washing machine valve, a bathroom under-sink leak with water damage to the cabinet, an oven that smoked badly enough to fill my living room, and a refrigerator that stopped cooling. None of that was caused by me. It was all there when I got the keys. Credit where it's due: maintenance fixed every single one. Between their pest control treatments and my own spraying, I haven't seen a roach since. They kept coming back until things were actually resolved, and that's genuinely the strongest thing about this place. The office side is where I landed at three stars. Claudia helped me when my application hit a snag and I appreciate that she stayed on it. But I was told I'd get two months of free rent, and later received a different answer about what the concession actually covered. Being told one thing before signing and another thing after is hard to shake, and it's the reason I'm not rating higher. Two things I'd tell anyone touring: see the actual unit you'll be leasing, not the model, and get every promise in writing, including concessions, specials, and move-in terms. Verbal means nothing once you've signed. Fair price for the square footage, safe and convenient Roswell location, and a maintenance team that follows through. Three stars. The follow-through is real, but the unit condition at move-in and the concession confusion both cost me more than they should have.

  Wood Creek was an awesome living experience. Spent one year there for work before being transferred out of state or else would have stayed. Quiet and clean community. Maintenance staff was great. Always responsive to fix and address any issues. Any service was done quickly and correctly on the first time. Main office was always helpful when needed. Polite and friendly, and always there to help when needed. Claudia was my main contact and she is awesome! Always seem to go above and beyond to help me out when needed. Always very happy and smiling!! Thank you for a great year.

  Very professional and friendly staff. From walking in the office to the tour makes you want to live there. Zula and Tyan leasing agents were awesome, they help us navigate through a few concerns we had while moving in. Maintenance is very respectful and friendly especially Kevin. Very peaceful and quiet complex. We have no regrets choosing this place.
