The management genuinely cares about their residents and strives to make their lives easier and build a real community. Their attention to detail is clearly seen in how beautifully the property is maintained and how thoughtful the events they throw are. Nia specifically is such an angel, very grateful for her❤️

The community is really well taken care of and clean. The landscaping is always gorgeous and well kept. They hold lots of fun resident events. Interacting with the staff is always such a pleasure! The girls in the office are wonderful and the Maintence team is friendly, fast and always professional. I ❤️ Walton Communities!
- APAndira PAug 10, 20235.0Best apartment complex ever! After the tour, my partner and I knew we wanted to live here. We jumped on an application fast since units are easily swept up. When we moved in, we were welcomed with a gift basket full of peach goodies and a box of Duck Donuts! Everyone in this community is very friendly. The leasing office holds regular events like dessert food trucks and even Chick-fil-A biscuits at the gate. Maintenance is very swift, and the grounds are beautiful year-round. Whenever there's an issue, the leasing office works diligently to fix it (e.g. broken dumpster compactor from extreme cold). I'm only bummed out because they open a dog park right when we have to move... :( Which is another thing.... The fact that the leasing office built a dog park due to community feedback and warmth towards your pets, even with limited space, should tell you everything you need to know! I'm so sad to leave this amazing community behind. They've treated us and our dogs so well.

We travel for work and live in many apartments and this has been a blessing. I looked at 9 apartment complexes before we found this one and thank god we found this one. We couldn’t be happier! And the first apartment that we got a welcome home package
